THE FOUNDERS OF KINGDOM CULTURE

“Breaking down cultural barriers that divide us.”

Tyron Hanks is a dynamic pastor, teacher and leader whose instincts, discernment and sensitivity for people who are hurting by racial and cultural barriers as well as his clarity of vision to be diverse reproducers that promote racial and cultural harmony.

“The element of culture separates us, even in our multi-culture churches the believers still appear divided.  During my travels domestically and internationally the same theme occurs in countries where different ethnicities were present.”

The culture of the kingdom of God transcends all cultures. My passion is to eradicate those racial and culture stereotypes that still exist that keep us divided by demonstrating the power of love, hope and faith.

Empowering individuals and families to discover the power of the Holy Spirit through active faith, finding healthy perceptions of themselves, strengthening their relationships with God and others so together we can transform into the unity of the Spirit that is transferred to our local communities domestically, internationally and across the globe.

Tyron is married to Jennifer Hanks and they are the proud parents of four children.

He is a sought-after presenter at meetings and conferences. Currently, Tyron is assigned to Evangelist Temple Church & Refuge Church located in Jackson, Mississippi.

He is a graduate of the College of Pastoral Supervision & Psychotherapy, Kingdom Builders Bible Seminary and currently working towards his Masters in Divinity.

Greetings in the strong and wonderful name of Jesus Christ the Lord. The One before whom a great multitude which no man could number of all nations, tribes, peoples and tongues shall stand..... And cry out with a loud voice saying, "salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne and to the Lamb."(Rev. 7: 9-10).

It is our prayer that you feel the same excitement that we are experiencing already as we send greetings to all the partners, sponsors and participants of the next edition of Kingdom Culture: The Gathering of Nations carded to be held in the Island Republic of Trinidad and Tobago in 2016. We are very humbled and filled with profound joy that the Founder of the Conference, Pastor Tyron Hanks has invited us to participate on the vision by hosting Kingdom Culture which is to be staged for the first time outside of the mainland of the United States.

The Conference treats with and celebrates the cross cultural boundaries and demographics within the Body of Christ. It recognizes that often, we wittingly or unwittingly engage in the marginalization of groups within the Body of Christ to everyone's chagrin. The ways in which people differ should not affect their experience in the Kingdom in terms of motivation, performance, opportunities and inclusions. Every expression of the Christian Faith and culture has its part in the great and global purpose that God Himself set in place before the world even began.

Kingdom Culture: The Gathering of Nations then, offers a framework for understanding diversity and managing the same to strategize and achieve objectives for the glory of God. We will passionately pursue the celebration of diversity in the Kingdom - a diversity that is not synonymous with differences but which embraces both differences and similarities. It will remove the notion of a "melting pot" as it were and provides participants with the freedom to answer the unarticulated question of why should people be required to give up their social identities to assimilate into the Kingdom of God as envisioned in Revelation chapter seven. There is no evidence of diversity tension in this eschatological experience. The Apostle John reports no tension, stress, conflict or strain associated with the interface of the elements of the mixture as they shout "Salvation belongs to our God, etc." We posit therefore, that this Conference sets and harnesses the tone for our perpetuity in the Body of Christ.

Finally, we believe that the choice of Trinidad and Tobago as the international launching pad for Kingdom Culture is not only an excellent one but significant as well. This Nation of 1.3 million people is a convergence and blend of many cultures as one. It's historical past is a most interesting study and arguably depicts the providential wisdom of God who sets people within their boundaries. Moreover, the National Motto of Trinidad and Tobago adopted at its independence is: Together we aspire, together we achieve." This speaks for itself and promotes harmony in diversity and national achievement.

Again, we are happy to support this vision of Pastor Hanks and look forward to welcoming each of you to Kingdom Culture 2016 in Trinidad and Tobago. WE ARE BETTER TOGETHER!

Blessings,

Bishop H. Joseph and Lady Terrie Griffith
